The first work position for the production of automobile wire harness is the open-wire process. The accuracy of the open-wire process is directly related to the entire production schedule. If errors occur, especially if the size of the open-wire is too short, it will lead to the rework of all work positions. The time and effort of the motorcycle wire harness will affect the production efficiency. Therefore, in the preparation of the open wire process must be in accordance with the requirements of the drawing reasonable determination of the wire size, head size.
After the technicians of the car wire harness factory made the wire beam alignment plate according to the wire beam diagram, the workers cut the line according to the rules of the wiring plate. The main line of the vehicle is generally divided into engines(ignition, electric spraying, power generation, starting), instruments, lighting, air conditioning, auxiliary appliances, etc., with main line bundles and branch lines. There are several branch lines in a whole main line bundle, just like tree poles and branches. The main line of the vehicle is often centered on the dashboard and extends backwards and forwards.
Due to length or assembly convenience, Some car harness are divided into motorcycle harness(including meter, engine, front light assembly, air conditioning, battery), tail beam(taillight assembly, card light, luggage box light), tent top beam(door, top light, sound speaker) and so on. Each end of the wire beam will be marked with marked numbers and letters to indicate the connection object of the wire. The operator sees that the logo can be correctly connected to the corresponding wire and electrical device. This is particularly useful when repairing or replacing the wire beam.
At the same time, the color of the wire is divided into monochrome lines and bi-chromatic lines. The purpose of the color is also stipulated. It is generally a custom standard for depots. China's industry standards only specify the main color, such as the provision of single black for the iron line, red monochrome for the power line, can not be confused.
The second position after the opening line is the pressing process. According to the terminal type required by the drawing, the pressing parameters are determined, the press operation instructions are produced, and the operators are noted and trained on the process documents for special requirements. For example, some wires need to pass through the guard before they can be connected to the connector plug. It needs to pre-install the wire first and then return from the pre-loading position and then press it. There is also a special pressing tool for puncture type pressing, which has good electrical contact performance.
Then the preloading process, first of all to prepare the pre-loading process operation manual, in order to improve the assembly efficiency, complex wire harness must be set up pre-loading work. Whether the preassembly technology is reasonable or not directly affects the efficiency of the total assembly also reflects the technical level of a craftsman's acoustic beam. If the pre-assembly part of the assembly is too small or the route of the assembled wire is irreconcilable to increase the workload of the total assembler, the connector plug slows down the speed of the assembly line so the craftsman must often stay at the scene and continue to summarize.
